Accounting & Bookkeeping

Useful financial statements are those that are timely, accurate, and meaningful.  First you need to decide if this is something you will be doing yourself, or outsourcing to someone else. If you decide to complete the bookkeeping in house, you will need to choose a method of tracking the expenses. This can be something as simple as a spreadsheet, to an off-the-shelf accounting program such as Sage or Quickbooks, and as detailed as a custom designed accounting software program that is designed for your specific needs. The next step is setting up the accounts to provide you with meaningful information. When completed appropriately, the bookkeeping will provide management with relevant reports as often as monthly, or as needed.

We will work with you to choose the system that fits your needs and budget. We can complete all bookkeeping and provide you with reporting as needed, or this can be done by the you or an outsourced bookkeeper. If needed, we can also work with you or your bookkeeper until you are comfortable to ensure the books are both accurate and will assist us in preparing your year-end statements and tax returns.
